Assistant General Manager:
This position is a full time position which works hand-in-hand with the Owner in the operation and marketing of the facility. This will involve scheduling and supervising between twenty and thirty managers and staff. This person is accountable for creating a high energy, positive working environment, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is a salaried position which includes a bonus and profit sharing plan.
Assistant Manager:
This position can be either full-time or part time. This person assists in the management and operation of the LaserCraze facility including directing and supervising staff to provide exceptional customer service. The responsibilities of an Assistant Manager include opening and closing the center, technical operations related to arcade games and laser tag equipment, cash handling, as well as performing staff duties.
Party/Event Coordinator:
This position is a part time position with significant weekend hours. This position coordinates the birthday parties and events which are hosted at LaserCraze and ensures every party and/or event customer has had their expectations exceeded. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, team oriented attitude, and the ability to keep ones head on straight while coordinating up to 40 parties in a single day.
Party Booking Coordinator:
This position is a semi full-time position of roughly 30 hours per week which may be ideally suited for a parent with kids in school. The hours are five days per week and roughly six hours per day. This position is responsible for booking, scheduling, and tracking birthday party and other events. In addition, this position administers the customer feedback and employee incentive system, charitable giving, and other general administrative duties.
